Refund policy
Last updated: 4 August 2026. How refunds and cancellations work for Analytics Metrics programmes.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to paid programme seats invoiced by Analytics Metrics. Website visits and informational pricing pages do not create charges. Consumer cooling-off rights under UK law may apply to distance contracts with individuals; organisation bookings follow the commercial terms on the invoice.
Timeframe for full refunds
You may request a full refund up to fourteen (14) days after payment and no later than seven (7) days before the cohort start date, whichever comes first, provided you have not accessed more than the orientation materials. Private Control Room deposits follow the schedule stated on the proposal.
Partial refunds
If you withdraw after the full-refund window but before the midpoint of a multi-week programme, we may offer a partial refund of up to 40% of the seat fee, less any non-refundable items. After the midpoint, seat fees are generally non-refundable, though we may offer a transfer to a later cohort within twelve months.
Non-refundable items
Third-party venue costs already committed, printed materials shipped, and travel booked on your behalf for on-site sessions are non-refundable once incurred. Self-paced primer access, once unlocked, is non-refundable.
Refund process
Email contact@analytics-metrics.digital with your invoice number, participant name, programme name, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five UK business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen (14) UK business days of approval. Bank transfer timelines may vary by your institution.
Cancellations by Analytics Metrics
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future date at no extra seat fee. We are not responsible for personal travel costs unless we cancelled within ten days of an on-site session we organised.
Exceptions
We may extend goodwill refunds for serious illness or bereavement documented reasonably, or where course delivery materially fails to match the published syllabus. Chargebacks should be a last resort; contact us first so we can resolve the matter.
